It is called Healing The World and is located at ConservativeAntiRacist.com.
This site will touch on topics that are currently harming American society; such as domestic violence, addiction, narcissism & sociopathic behaviors, extremist groups, fear, and more. Not only will I discuss these issues, but I also want to explore why people engage in such anti-social behaviors. I will also look at how these disturbing trends are weaving themselves into the fabric of American society and affecting the Conservativo-libertarian movement.
Why CONSERVATIVE Anti-Racism?
It seems like there are no organizations that actively oppose issues such as racism and fascism that are right-leaning. We are often ridiculed and compared to nazis, racists, etc and I think we need to stand up to that and defend ourselves.
There are anti-racist groups that actively protest nazi and klan groups. You can see them on Youtube as they protest nazi and klan rallies. But, they are Marxist, pro-choice, anti-police, anti-capitalist, pro-illegal immigration, and quite violent. I think that we Conservatives need to be vocal in opposing such groups and bring rationality and calmness to the table.
After the savage attack by left wing anti-racists on patrons at a restaurant in Tinley Park, IL last year, I felt it necessary to put together an intellectual approach to stopping the evils of racism and anti-semitism. The reason that the group attacked the restaurant is that a group of white nationalists were having a meeting there. I do not advocate violence.
It seems to me that the Marxist anti-racists have become the monster that they want to defeat. On their sites, they list principles such as being pro-abortion and not working with the police. On the page called Tikkun Olam & Conservative Anti-Racism, I describe the principles of a Conservative Anti-Racist as well as the principle of tikkun olam.
What Is Tikkun Olam?
My Christian readers probably have never heard the expression "tikkun olam" but definitely will understand the value behind it. In fact, they probably are already doing tikkun olam without realizing it. Tikkun olam is a Jewish value meaning "to heal/repair the world." In Judaism, we bring the spiritual into the physical via our thoughts, words, and deeds. I'm sure that you have heard the word "mitzvah." A mitzvah is basically a good deed or act that you do. This can be giving to charity, volunteering, doing daily prayers, and even raising Godly children. By doing mitzvahs, we have the attitude of embracing G-d and doing His work here on Earth. By doing that, we heal the world.
This will be fun!

ReaganRepublican.com Undergoes Spring Cleaning!
[caption id="attachment_385" align="alignleft" width="300"] Let's do some spring cleaning for Jennifer Brower's sites![/caption]Site Update: YAY It's spring and time to do some spring cleaning with my sites. I am in process of migrating all of my blogs to a hosted WordPress account to avoid ads, speed up the load times, and give me more flexibility. It's ReaganRepublican's turn this week so I have migrated the site to a hosted account on WordPress. The site was on Blogger (located at http://reagangopblog.blogspot.com). I might leave it after the migration is complete. i haven't decided. You can always see the updated site on ReaganRepublican.com. However, I will keep the other blog up while I finish the migration, as I noticed a few broken links. I am also reviewing each and every post... that I have written since, oh, 2005. So, it'll take a while. If things look weird (orthe site disappears!), it means I'm working!
The next phase will be validating links on about 100 posts, messing around with the template, and just making sure I'm happy with the changes.
THEN... I'll open the ReaganRepublican.com forum, hopefully by spring :) It's already created & being tested but not ready for the public. I also want to start up the Blog Talk Radio show again and hope to start planning that during the summer.

I know I posted yesterday that I was becoming totally disinterested in politics but felt I must come out of my hiatus to post on the Hagel Confirmation. I'm disgusted. Below is the Republican Jewish Coalition's response to the confirmation of the anti-semite... Heard that Rand Paul did vote for Hagel and am trying to confirm that.

Frustration With the Republican Party
Sorry I haven't been around lately. After this country re-elected Barack Obama, I've had to reconsider how I'm going to spend the little time I have available as an activist. Frankly, if that is what the country wants, so be it. I've been focused on different things and changes in my personal life, work, etc. Also, I'm not pleased with the Republican party right now. They seem to have a committment to losing and barely even try. They've forgotten that the core of the Republican party is Conservatism. They need to get back to TRADITION (whenever tradition appears inthis blog, I sing it like Teyve in Fiddler on the Roof).
Getting Back On My Spiritual Path
Speaking of TRADITION, I've busy working on creating the anti-fascist blog as well as walking my religious spiritual path toward getting my Jewish "baptismal certificate" if you will. Due to a technicality, I do not have to convert because of my family history but I will for the experience. Since most of my readers are Christian, I'll dscribe what the process is like. Unlike other religions, you don't just declare yourself Jewish. One very important thing about Judaism is it's about bringing the spiritual into the physical... everything you do can be for G-d and the betterment of the world. Tikkan olam - healing the world - is a major tenet of Judaism. It can take years of study to become proficient in Hebrew & Torah. Torah is the first 5 books of the Bible. You have to become part of the community and self-identify as being Jewish. You also spend about a year under the supervision of a rabbi, take courses, etc.
I just completed the Union for Reform Judaism course but it's a bit too liberal for me. I think I need more tradition (cue Tevye). So, I'm looking into taking the courses to convert with a Conservative rabbi. Also, "Conservative" is a movement in Judaism, kind of like how Christianity has denominations. Here, I mean Conservative as in sticking to tradition (cue Tevye again), rather than a political belief. In other words, I'm a Conservative Jewish Conservative :p After your rabbi feels you're ready, you sit before a beit din and answer questions. Then, you go to a place called the mikvah and do a full body immersion while saying a prayer in Hebrew. It's a private thing, between the convert and G-d. I'll then prepare for an adult bat mitzvah, which I hope to do in Israel someday.
So yeah, busy times. But, it's worth it. I hope to be back writing about political stuff soon but it'll be very limited.

RJC: Rift in Democratic Party on Israel Shows How Much Party Has Changed
New RJC ad:"This is no longer the Democratic Party of our parents' generation."
Washington, D.C. (September 7, 2012) -- The Republican Jewish Coalition (RJC) today announced the release of a new print ad, entitled "Rift," which points to the deep split among rank and file Democrats when it comes to supporting Israel. This rift is a sad example of how much the party has changed over the years.
The ad reads, in part: "At the Democratic Party convention in Charlotte, NC, it's become painfully clear that this Party is no longer the Democratic Party of our parents' generation. This week has witnessed a shocking series of events. These regrettable incidents reveal a Party that has wandered far from its origins."
The ad will run next week in 11 Jewish newspapers as full-page ads in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Nevada.
RJC Executive Director Matt Brooks said, "Important pro-Israel language was stripped from the Democrats' platform this year, including lines recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and calling Israel America's 'strongest ally'. When they tried to reinstate the language on Jerusalem, the convention chairman couldn't get a clear two-thirds vote and just declared the language added - receiving loud boos from the convention floor.
He continued, "This is a sad display by the Democratic Party and is an indication of how much the Democratic Party has changed in recent years. It was chilling to watch; who could have imagined the day when supporting Jerusalem would be resoundingly booed at a Democratic convention?"
